SAP is a multinational company founded in Germany and represented worldwide. For the past ten years, through its SAP Social Sabbatical* program, this world leader in the design and sale of business software has enabled its employees all over the world to put their professional skills at the service of impact businesses. APPEL is an NGO that aims to create a pathway for the reduction of extreme poverty by empowering vulnerable men and women to improve their lifestyles and reintegrate into society. La Déchetèque is a social enterprise that promotes the circular economy, particularly in the construction sector. Morivert produces Mauritian-made pencils from recycled materials. We-Recycle promotes waste sorting and recycling.

Thanks to the contribution of Morivert’s consultants, the company achieved its best month ever in terms of sales in April! At We-Recycle, which collects recyclable waste for several partners and sponsors, the volunteers helped set up a digital platform to facilitate data reporting. Stéphanie Jacquin, Senior Operations Manager at We-Recycle, explains that this reliable data collection will help inspire confidence among the organization’s partners. At APPEL, the volunteers have mainly helped to structure the administration, draw up a plan to maintain a better image of the organization, and increase staff skills. At La Déchétèque, a SWOT Analysis (a strategic analysis tool) was carried out, the Customer journey was rethought, surveys of existing and potential customers were carried out, and marketing action plans put in place. “They helped me put in place a plan to acquire more customers, gain notoriety and get our marketplace off the ground, as well as communicate the expertise we can bring to our customers,” sums up Stéphanie Bouloc.
