Richard Robinson, founder of the South African Chamber of Commerce (SACC) passes the baton after 8 years at its head. The head of Asset House, who is involved in wealth management and International Assurances, will have federated more than 500 members of the SACC.
He passes the baton to Bilal Adam, another South African who earned his stripes by serving on the SACC board of directors as vice-president. This chartered accountant has worked for Investec in South Africa, London and Mauritius. He then headed AfrAsia Capital Management as CEO. Bilal is currently CEO of a niche investment firm named Stewards Investment Capital.
