The Board of Directors of Madagascar Airlines announced on April 17 that it had obtained its Air Operator Certificate (CTA) and its operating license, issued by the Madagascan Civil Aviation Authority (ACM) following compliance with current regulations on safety and security. Created in November 2021, Madagascar Airlines had taken over the activities of Air Madagascar (international flights) and Tsaradia (domestic flights) since early 2022.Madagascar Airlines has appointed its new CEO Thierry de Bailleul in December 2022, responsible for implementing the new business plan of the company.
