Teleperformance Madagascar, a subsidiary of the French group Teleperformance received the “Best Place to Work” (BPTW) certification in 2020. This certification is issued by the “Best Places to Work” institute, which brings together independent experts who examine the environment of job.
Thus, 70% of Teleperformance Madagascar employees took part in evaluation tests concerning eight points : leadership, human resources management, remuneration, benefits, teamwork, employee engagement, working environment and its procedures, as well as corporate social responsibility.
The institute issuing BPTW has thus validated the high scores of Teleperformance Madagascar among other companies tested around the world. The Teleperformance group, a global specialist in integrated services for businesses, has 27 subsidiaries around the world which employ 85% of staff outside its head office in France. The group has long put the priority on the well-being of its employees to achieve this performance, even during a difficult year such as in 2020.
